Before joining ECS, Allan worked for seven years as an Office Manager for Generation Equipment Services Company.

Allan attended DeVry University in Pomona, California where he earned his degree in Accounting.

Allan is active each year with the Toys for Tots charity.


Dan Erdal

Dan Erdal joined Executive Compensation Solutions as a Technical Advisor in 2008. He is responsible for case design, product analysis, and marketing support. Dan has more than 15 years experience in the executive benefit plan and life insurance industries. His activities include analyzing executive benefit plans and funding alternatives while measuring how they impact the financial results of a client.

Prior to joining Executive Compensation Solutions, Dan worked as an analyst for a firm specializing in creating and administering nonqualified deferred compensation benefit plans for Fortune 1000 clients. In addition, Dan has previously worked in the securities industry as a trading assistant.

Dan earned his degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has holds his securities (Series 6 and 63) and life insurance licenses.

Dan is married and has two children. He is involved with charity-related organizations such as the United Way of Lake County and is active in his children’s school fund raising programs.

Jennie Kim joined Executive Compensation Solutions in October 2008. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources and facilities. By developing and implementing new policies and procedures, she keeps ECS running smoothly.

Jennie has over seven years of experience as a HR Administrator/Generalist. She earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Jennie serves as an Activity Leader and assists with fundraising for a local Boy Scout Troup and also volunteers at the Queen of the Valley Hospital in West Covina, California.


Suzanne Meyer

Suzanne joined Executive Compensation Solutions in 2008. She is responsible for analyzing various benefit design and funding alternatives with the goal of creating custom solutions based on client needs and goals. Additionally, Suzanne stays current on regulatory, economic and compliance issues that impact our clients, assists with the implementation of benefit plans and insurance, and assists with the ongoing plan administration.

Prior to joining Executive Compensation Solutions, Suzanne worked as a Client Relationship Manager for a firm specializing in creating and administering nonqualified deferred compensation benefit plans for Fortune 1000 clients. She also has experience with qualified defined benefit plan valuations.

Suzanne has more than 20 years experience with executive benefit plans and life insurance funding. She earned her degree in Mathematics from Marquette University, and has her securities license and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Suzanne believes strongly in early childhood education. She is actively involved in “Success by 6,” a United Way of Lake County program that works toward ensuring that all children entering kindergarten have the skills and tools they need to be successful.

She is responsible for coordinating client related activities and acting as a liaison between the ECS team and our clients. She has a broad perspective as she has also worked in the company’s Human Resources, Finance and Marketing areas.

Stefanie volunteers her time at the Covina Joslyn Senior Center where she enjoys spending time with the local senior citizens while serving in the nutritional program. She is also actively involved with the Freedom Futbol Club located in Chino Hills, California.


Katrina Saiz

Katrina Saiz joined the firm in July 2007 and is a Client Advocate. She is responsible for coordinating client related activities and acting as a liaison between the Executive Compensation Solutions (ECS) team and our clients. She is responsible for coordinating client scheduling, travel and logistics, as well as internal management of multiple client projects.

Prior to joining ECS, Katrina worked for Conaway & Conaway, a financial planning firm in Orange County, as a liaison and assistant representative.

Katrina is studying for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and holds her life insurance license.

Katrina volunteers at the Desi Geestman Foundation, which provides environmental support to children and families with children suffering from cancer and at the Boys and Girls Club of America.


Eleena Silva

Eleena’s previous experience includes positions at Brooks College and Algonquin College, where she held positions of Administration Assistant and Assistant Manager/Resident Assistant respectively. She received her B.A. in Human Resources from Algonquin College.

Eleena volunteers as a front desk assistant at the Covina Joslyn Senior Center where she assists with many different administrative tasks. The Joslyn Center helps keep seniors socially and actively involved with the community.


Pamela Wheatley

Pam Wheatley joined the firm in December 2005 and serves as Director of Special Projects. Her responsibilities include coordination of the surveys that Executive Compensation Solutions (ECS) provides to the Credit Union Movement. She also is involved in market data analysis, database development, client communication and special projects for ECS credit union clients.

Pam attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, majoring in Hotel/Restaurant Management, and received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Southern California Campus.

Pam is an active community volunteer for organizations that serve the needs of children and families.


Adam Zelinsky

Adam joined Executive Compensation Solutions in 2010. He is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, ensuring they are in sync with the organization’s strategy. Additionally, he works with all members of the ECS team to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of internal support departments by streamlining internal processes and managing coordination and communication between functions. Adam contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and oversees the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.

Adam has more than 10 years experience leading multiple teams and departments while implementing solutions Company wide. He has a broad knowledge of insurance, various benefit programs and accompanying legislative mandates.

Adam is actively involved with the Red Cross and their Disaster Action Team, providing emergency assistance to both disaster workers and victims.
