The ECS Interactive Administration System (the ECS System) is designed to provide credit unions with continuous evaluation and readjustment mechanisms through an online platform, allowing the organizations and their executives to better understand the status of their programs and financial impacts.  The ECS System can be used as an expectation management tool to provide information on performance thresholds that must be met to earn various components of the compensation package.

The ECS System is a state-of-the-art, web-based system that provides credit unions with ease of administration, access to documentation, and plan information.  The System is available to all clients of ECS for plan service and administration.  It provides credit union clients and the individual plan participants with access to their executive benefit plan information at their convenience through 24/7 website access.  

For ease of credit union financial reporting, the information available on the ECS System includes:

  • Monthly updates of plan assets
  • Quarterly updates of benefit liabilities
  • Annual reporting with all appropriate SFAS 87/132/158 summary reports
